So, I was on the WGBH show Greater Boston last night, talking about the Anthony Weiner scandal. I think I may even have uttered a coherent sentence at one point. But you can be the judge: here's the video in case you missed it.
Here's the three big things I want to say about my first ever television appearance: First, thanks to all involved for having me on! Secondly, I watched this show air at seven last night from Atwood's, a bar I've gone to once a week, every week for the past five years. And the bartender pointed out that it had to be the only bar inside of 495 that had PBS on last night. He also pointed out a lot of other things, but they're entirely unprintable. When the show came on and my terrified little face appeared on screen, everyone cheered. I'm not going to lie, that was awesome. I still don't know exactly what I want to do when I grow up, but I hope whatever it is makes drunk people cheer and point. And thirdly, I want to do justice to the wonderful friend who cuts my hair by showing you a photograph of what WGBH didn't show you last night: the other side of my head.
